“Hi! My goal is to create a warm, comfortable space to welcome all your feelings, all the parts of yourself, all the raw, beautiful, messiness of being human. I aim to help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life. Through mindfulness, creativity, and evidence-based modalities, I want to invite you to explore and lean into your full desire, pleasure, joy, intimacy, and authenticity.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. I use mindfulness-based art therapy and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to help you access insight and healing beyond just talking about things. These embodied, experiential methods can help with healing on a deep level, allowing you to gently work with parts of yourself that are hurting. I also integrate CBT and DBT, offering practical skills alongside deeper emotional work. We move at your pace, and your inner wisdom guides the process.”
