Hi! I’m Karen!

I am a Resident in Counseling working toward licensure, with several years of experience in the mental health field. My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I integrate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical tools for managing emotions, building resilience, and fostering personal growth.

I am extremely passionate about sex therapy and working with individuals and couples to explore concerns around intimacy, sexual identity, and relationship dynamics. I believe that meaningful change begins with self-understanding, and I am committed to supporting my clients as they build confidence, deepen connection, and create more fulfilling lives.
