Hi! I’m Shannon!
“Many of us long for deeper connection, pleasure, and belonging. As a systemic therapist, I see challenges not in isolation but within the web of our relationships, bodies, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore not only what brings you to therapy, but also the patterns and influences shaping your experiences of belonging, connection, desire, and intimacy.
In a culture that prizes productivity over presence, it can be easy to lose touch with our sensual and emotional selves. I believe our desires are messengers—guiding us toward authenticity, vitality, and meaning.
Imagine yourself as a string instrument: you’re meant to feel in tune—alive, connected, expressive. When life or relationships throw us off balance, therapy can act like a tuning fork,
helping identify what’s out of alignment and restore harmony within yourself and with others.
My approach is compassionate, strength-based, and grounded in attachment and parts work (EFT
and IFS). I help individuals and couples expand their capacity for emotional and erotic connection, communicate needs openly, and feel more seen, heard, and understood.
Outside of therapy, I love getting my hands in the dirt, cooking from scratch, and savoring small moments—like the smell of rain or a warm cup of coffee.”
